This September 1 to 3, 2011 is Cebu's Largest Construction Show - the PHILCONSTRUCT VISAYAS. The PhilConstruct Visayas 2011 is the 2nd Visayas International Construction Equipment, Building Materials, Interior and Exterior Products Exhibition and Technology Forum. PHILCONSTRUCT VISAYAS will be held at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino in Barangay Lahug Cebu City.

At the PHILCONSTRUCT VISAYAS there are simultaneous technical seminars dubbed as the Technoforum Visayas, to be conducted by the industry;s top
experts to cover the issues most relevant to the business. During the PHILCONSTRUCT VISAYAS, there will also be an Architecture Pavilion wherein there will be a showcase featuring the region's top architecture firms to be done by the United Architects of the Philippines. At the PHILCONSTRUCT VISAYAS there will also be an Interior Designers Pavilion which is a creative display of selected design concepts by members of the Philippines Institute of Interior Designers - Cebu Chapter. The PHILCONSTRUCT VISAYAS will also feature a Student Quiz bee which is a region-wide competition hosted by the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers.

The PHILCONSTRUCT VISAYAS will also host an exhibit of an entire range of the latest building and construction materials, equipment, and machinery at very low prices offered exclusively during the PHILCONSTRUCT VISAYAS.
The PHILCONSTRUCT VISAYAS will also feature a Furniture and Furnishing Festival at the Mezzanine floor of the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino, sold at Factory prices.
