Step up the fight against deaf sexual abuse by joining the BREAK THE SILENCE Global Run this coming March 19, 2017 at SM Seaside, Cebu.
This event is brought to us by the Philippine Accessible Disability Services Inc. - PADS to raise funds and awareness of the Break the Silence Project.
Did you know that, according to a recent survey conducted by the Philippine Deaf Resource Centre, 65-70% of Deaf boys and girls in the Philippines have been molested. A further study revealed that one third of female respondents had been raped.
After the Run, a full program of activities will be held at SM Seaside - Mountain Wing Atrium.
