For the 435 pupils of Tapul Elementary School in Talisay City, the opening of the school year came with more than notebooks, pencils, and crayons. It came with a powerful reminder that an entire community believes in their dreams.

In a heart-warming outreach initiative, Cebu Volunteers Foundation, Inc. distributed 435 school supply packs to every student of the school, ensuring that no child would have to begin the academic year feeling left behind. Each pack represented more than educational materials—it carried a message of encouragement, hope, and the promise that kindness still thrives in the hearts of people willing to serve.

Representing the foundation during the distribution were Estrella Bernaldez, Ma. Liza Veloso, Adelle Villaver, Tiengo Osmeña, and Charles Rivera, who personally handed the school supplies to the excited pupils. Their presence transformed the event into more than a donation drive.
