𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐎𝐧 𝐈𝐜𝐞 ‘𝐋𝐞𝐭’𝐬 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞!’ 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐂𝐞𝐛𝐮 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫

Disney On Ice will bring its all-new “Let’s Dance!” production to SM Seaside Cebu Arena from Nov. 28 to Dec. 6, giving Cebuano families an immersive celebration featuring more than 40 Disney characters, live skating, music, aerial acrobatics and audience interaction.

The production will feature popular characters and stories from “Wish,” “Frozen 2,” “The Lion King,” “The Little Mermaid” and “Moana,” combining figure skating with colorful costumes, elaborate sets, lighting and special effects. Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy will lead the high-energy celebration, while Stitch will also join the adventure on ice.

During a press conference Saturday, Aug. 15, Matthew Garrick, APAC vice president of event marketing and sales for Feld Entertainment; Arnel C. Gonzales, vice president and general manager of SM Arena Complex Corp.; and two Disney On Ice performers provided a preview of the upcoming show and invited Cebu audiences to sing and dance along.

The production will include interactive segments that encourage audience participation, including dance lessons led by Timon and Pumbaa, as well as DJ-led singalongs and call-and-response moments.

Performers will also take to the air, with aerial acrobatics reaching 32 feet above the ice and skaters performing jumps from ramps as high as 7 feet. A mobile center stage will elevate performers more than 12 feet above the ice, while large LED screens and dramatic lighting will create a 3D visual environment.
