CEBU CITY, Philippines — NUSTAR Resort Cebu is set to host the inaugural NUSTAR Run 2026 on August 23, 2026, bringing together runners, fitness enthusiasts, families, and members of the community for a morning dedicated to movement, wellness, and an active lifestyle. 

The event offers six race categories: 1KM, 3KM, 6KM, 10KM, 16KM, and 21KM, making it open to both new and experienced runners. 

NUSTAR Run 2026 is part of In Full Balance, NUSTAR Resort Cebu’s month-long wellness campaign featuring activities such as Inside Flow and Sound Healing, with the wellness program building toward the upcoming NUSTAR Dragon Boat Regatta in September. 

Registration Fees 

Participants may choose from six race categories, with registration fees starting at PHP 1,100 for the 1KM category, PHP 1,200 for 3KM, PHP 1,400 for 6KM, PHP 1,500 for 10KM, PHP 1,600 for 16KM, and PHP 1,800 for 21KM.

  

Registration is subject to slot availability. 

Race kits include a race bib, singlet, drawstring bag, and other exclusive items. Finishers will receive a finisher medal and meal, while participants in the 16KM and 21KM categories will also receive a finisher shirt. Raffle draw prizes are also up for grabs, including an exciting Yamaha motorcycle and other exclusive prizes. 

Race kit claiming will be held on August 20 to 22, 2026, at Level 2 of The Mall at NUSTAR Resort Cebu. 

Race Day Experience 

NUSTAR Run 2026 will also feature Glow Zones, live DJs, prizes, and other race-day activities. 

Serving as race director for NUSTAR Run 2026 is Janice Pasculado, Cebu’s first female race director. 

The event is made possible through the generous support of its sponsors including the Local Government of Cebu City, Richmedia, Immuni, Katinko, and Robinsons Land Corporation. 

The event also supports the Kapwa Ko Mahal Ko Foundation through the Universal Cultural Foundation, Inc. (UCFI), the corporate social responsibility arm of NUSTAR Resort Cebu, giving participants the opportunity to take part in a fitness event while making a meaningful contribution to a community cause. 

NUSTAR Run 2026 will take place on Sunday, August 23, 2026, at the NUSTAR Resort Cebu Grounds.
